Mijon joined the Firm in 2024. Mijon’s legal acumen spans civil litigation, commercial law, and intellectual property, enriched by her expertise in employment equity compliance. Mijon refined her skills in various legal disciplines as both a candidate legal practitioner and later as a professional assistant, undertaking tasks from company secretarial work to legal research and case file management. Her journey continued further in the litigation sphere, handling civil litigation cases, drafting legal documents, and providing support during court proceedings. Additionally, Mijon contributed significantly as a part-time legal advisor, playing a pivotal role in developing the Employment Equity Compliance Management software, and providing legal council on Affirmative Action Legislation and Compliance Protocols.

Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from North-West University, Potchefstroom Campus.
Passed the Legal Practitioners’ Qualifying Examination, University of Namibia, Justice Training Centre, Windhoek.

Memberships & Admissions:
Admitted Legal Practitioner of the High Court of Namibia.
Member of the Law Society of Namibia.
